摘  要:以新癸酰氯和叔丁酯过氧化氢为原料,在催化剂A作用下合成了过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯(BNP)。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、反应投料比对合成反应以及收率的影响,结果表明:反应温度为30℃、反应时间为1.5 h、新癸酰氯与叔丁基过氧化氢的摩尔比为1:1.2时,小试试验收率高达88.4%;进行了同比例3 m3不锈钢反应器的中试生产,产品收率达到86.7%。A new initiator,tert-butyl peroxyneodecanoate(BNP),was synthesized from neode-canoyl chloride and tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide in the presence of catalyst A.The effects of reactiontemperature,reaction time and feed ratio on the synthesis and yield were discussed.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 30℃,the reaction time was 1.5 h,and the molar ratio of neo-decanoyl chloride to tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide was 1:1.2,the yield of small scale test was up to 88.4%;the pilot scale production in a 3 m^3stainless steel reactor was carried out,and the product yield reached 86.7%.
