摘　　要：PVC生产中,控制参数的运行范围随生产阶段变化而变化,由于DCS系统甄别能力不足,对聚合的间歇性生产适应力不强,导致系统内报警混乱,干扰信息较多。针对这一问题在DCS系统中进行了相应设置,使报警系统运行稳定,干扰报警大量消除。In PVC production,the operation range of control parameters changed with the produc-tion stage.Due to the insufficient screening ability of DCS system and the weak adaptability to the inter-mittent production of polymerization,the alarm information in the system was confusing and the amount of interference information was large.In view of this problem,the corresponding settings were made in DCS system to make the alarm system run stably and eliminate much of the interference alarm.
