摘　　要：对氯乙烯单体泵机械密封及其辅助系统进行改造,由原来的PLAN53A方案调整为PLAN53B方案,成功地解决了机械密封运行中的高温易损坏问题,延长了机械密封的使用寿命,取得了良好的综合效益。The mechanical seal of vinyl chloride monomer pump and its auxiliary system were modified from the original scheme PLAN53 A to scheme PLAN53 B. The modification successfully solved the problem that mechanical seal was easliy damaged at high temperature in operation, thus the service life of mechanical seal was prolonged, and good comprehensive benefits were obtained.
