摘  要:随着政府在重污染天气的治理力度上的不断加码,钢铁企业能源动力介质的消耗和平衡是钢铁工业备受关注的一个问题。为了平衡好各种能源动力介质,减少放散,能源动力系统采取了科学优化措施:依据不同的高炉运行条件建立公司能源配置模型,实现多种生产条件下的定量供应;依据不同工序对系统的重要性进行用户分级,实现不同能源条件下的精准供应;在极端生产条件下,针对能源动力供应极度紧缺的状况,在严格规定各工序用能的基础上充分发挥内部各气柜缓冲功能,实现安全供应。企业不仅实现了能源动力系统安全、环保、稳定运行,部分富余能源还实现了灵活经营,用于自发电和外销,增加了企业效益,在同类型企业中具有重要的借鉴意义。As the government continues to increase its efforts to control severely polluted weather,the consumption and balance of energy and power media in iron and steel enterprises has become a concern of the iron and steel industry.In order to balance various energy and power media and reduce emissions,the energy and power system had adopted scientific optimization measures:the company′s energy allocation model was established according to different blast furnace operating conditions to achieve quantitative supply under various production conditions;according to the importance of different processes to the system user classification was performed to achieve precise supply under different energy conditions;under extreme production conditions,in response to the extreme shortage of energy and power supply,the internal gas tank buffer function was fully utilized on the basis of strict regulations on the energy consumption of each process to achieve safety supply.The company had not only realized the safe,environmentally friendly,and stable operation of the energy and power system,but also realized flexible operation of part of the surplus energy for self-generation and export,which had increased the efficiency of the company and had important reference significance for similar companies.
