摘 要:为了提高煤矿提升机安全性能,研究了煤矿提升机液压制动系统状态监测技术,基于液压制动控制系统结构,分析了液压站和盘式制动闸故障原因,确定了煤矿提升机液压制动系统监测参数,主要为盘式制动闸空动时间、制动盘偏摆、闸瓦间隙及液压站油压、油温和电机电流。并对各参数监测方案进行了设计,给出了相关传感器技术技术参数。研究对减少煤矿立井提升事故具有重要意义。In order to improve the safety performance of coal mine hoist,the condition monitoring technology of hydraulic braking system of coal mine hoist was studied.Based on the structure of hydraulic braking control system,the failure causes of hydraulic station and disc brake were analyzed,and the monitoring parameters of hydraulic braking system of coal mine hoist were determined,which mainly included the idle time of disc brake,brake disc deflection,brake shoe clearance,hydraulic pressure and oil temperature of hydraulic station and motor current.The monitoring scheme of each parameter was designed,and the technical parameters of relevant sensors were given.The research was of great significance to reduce mine shaft lifting accidents.
