头孢克肟颗粒联合氨溴特罗口服液治疗门诊小儿肺炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨头孢克肟颗粒与氨溴特罗口服液对门诊小儿肺炎患者疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院2019年1月—12月184例小儿肺炎患者,随机均分为试验组、对照组,每组92例。试验组采用头孢克肟颗粒、氨溴特罗口服液联合用药治疗,对照组单纯采用氨溴特罗口服液治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间等指标。结果:试验组不良反应发生率5.43%,啰音消失时间(6.33±0.54)d,退热时间消失时间(4.68±0.74)d,咳嗽消失时间(6.84±0.15)d,气促消失时间(5.21±0.24)d;对照组不良反应发生率16.30%,啰音消失时间(8.27±0.41)d,退热时间消失时间(5.33±1.21)d,咳嗽消失时间(8.22±0.19)d,气促消失时间(7.25±0.15)d,两组不良反应发生率、啰音消失时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎患者采用氨溴特罗口服液联合头孢克肟颗粒治疗效果优于单纯氨溴特罗口服液治疗,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cefixime granule and ambromoterol oral liquid in outpatient pediatric pneumonia patients.Methods A total of 184 pediatric pneumonia patients in our hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 92 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with cefixime particles and ambromotrol oral solution,while the control group was treated with ambrotrol oral solution alone.The therapeutic effect and symptom vanishing time of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.43%,the disappearance time of ralol was(6.33±0.54)d,the disappearance time of antipyretic was(4.68±0.74)d,the disappearance time of cough was(6.84±0.15)d,and the disappearance time of shortness of breath was(5.21±0.24)d.The control group 16.30%incidence of adverse reactions,then disappear time(8.27±0.41)d,antifebrile time disappear time(5.33±1.21)d,cough disappeared time(8.22±0.19)d,shortness of breath disappear time(7.25±0.15)d,incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups,then the sound disappear time,antifebrile time disappear,cough,shortness of breath disappear time significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of ambromoterol oral solution combined with cefixime granule in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia is better than that of ambromoterol oral solution alone,which is worthy of clinical application.
