摘　　要：目的探讨细胞色素P4504A11(CYP4A11)基因多态性与高血压易感性的相关性。方法采用病例-对照研究方法,选取锡林郭勒盟蒙古族人群中高血压患者237例及非高血压对照者121例为研究对象,对研究对象采用问卷调查并采集血液标本进行测序,分析CYP4A11多态性与高血压的关系。结果两组人群一般情况比较显示文化程度、地区、职业、人均收入、吃奶蛋类频率、工作类型、父高血压、有无冠心病、饮茶年限等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),根据基因型分布频率结果所示CYP4A11 rs1126742、rs9332978、rs9332982、rs9333025基因型分布频率高血压组与对照组差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),多因素Logistic回归分析示两组人群年龄差异有统计学意义(OR=1.507,95%CI:1.011~1.105,P=0.014)且rs1126742位点多态性与高血压易感性密切相关(OR=3.930,95%CI:1.774~8.705,P=0.001)。结论CYP4A11 rs1126742、rs9332978、rs9332982、rs9333025位点的基因多态性是蒙古族人群高血压易感性的风险因素,同时年龄也是高血压易感性的危险因素。Objective To explore the correlation between cytochrome P4504A11(CYP4A11)gene polymorphism and hypertension susceptibility.Methods By case-control method,237 patients with hypertension and 121 non-hypertension control subjects from Mongolian minority in Xilingol League were selected as research objects.Questionnaire survey and blood samples were collected for sequencing,and the relationship between CYP4A11 polymorphism and hypertension was analyzed.Results General comparison in the two groups showed in terms of cultural degree,region,profession,income per capita,frequency of milk and egg intake,type of work,father's high blood pressure,presence of coronary heart disease,and tea drinking age,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).According to the results of genotype frequency distribution shown in CYP4A11 rs1126742,rs9332978,rs9332982,and rs9333025,the genotype distribution frequency in hypertension group and control group shared difference of highly statistical significance(P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the age difference between the two groups was statistically significant(OR=1.507,95%CI:1.011~1.105,P=0.014),and rs1126742 polymorphism was closely related to hypertension susceptibility(OR=3.930,95%CI:1.774~8.705,P=0.001).Conclusion Genetic polymorphism of rs1126742,rs9332978,rs9332982 and rs9333025 in CYP4A11 are risk factors for hypertension susceptibility in Mongolian minority,and age is also a risk factor for hypertension susceptibility.
