摘　　要：慢性软组织疼痛由软组织损害引起,是临床疼痛性疾病中最常见且最难治的临床病症,其临床表现复杂。根据软组织疼痛病灶部位的不同,临床按解剖分型,将软组织疼痛分为椎管外、椎管内、椎管内外混合型三种不同类型,其临床表现及诊断和治疗的方法也不同。本研究对椎管外软组织损害性慢性疼痛的诊断和治疗相关进展进行论述。Chronic soft tissue pain,caused by soft tissue damage,is the most common and most difficult to treat clinical pain diseases,and its clinical manifestations are complex.According to the different locations of soft tissue pain lesions,according to the clinical anatomical classification,soft tissue pain can be divided into three different types:outside the spinal canal,inside the spinal canal,and mixed inside and outside the spinal canal.The clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment methods are also different.This study reviews the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain caused by soft tissue damage outside the spinal canal.
