新型布尼亚病毒感染并发重症脑炎1例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨新型布尼亚病毒感染并发重症脑炎的早期识别及诊治方法,提高临床诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我院收治的1例新型布尼亚病毒感染并发重症脑炎病例的临床资料,并对相关文献进行复习。结果本病例以发热伴血小板减少起病,后逐渐出现多脏器功能损害,主要是伴发意识丧失、抽搐、烦躁等神经系统损害症状,最终诊断为新型布尼亚病毒感染诱发重症脑炎。结论新型布尼亚病毒感染并发重症脑炎临床表现多样,诊断困难,需总结病例特点,提高临床认识及诊治水平,做到早诊断、早治疗,以降低病死率。Objective\To investigate the early recognition,diagnosis,and treatment of a new type of Bunya virus infection with severe encephalitis,and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.\Methods\A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of one patient with new Bunya virus infection and severe encephalitis who was admitted to our hospital,and relevant articles were reviewed.\Results\The patient presented with fever and thrombocytopenia at disease onset and then gradually developed functional impairment of multiple organs and the symptoms of nervous system damage including loss of consciousness,convulsion,and dysphoria.The patient was finally diagnosed with severe encephalitis induced by a new type of Bu-nya virus infection.\Conclusion\The new type of Bunya virus infection with severe encephalitis has diverse clinical manifestations and is difficult to diagnose,and the features of this disease should be summarized to improve the level of understanding,diagnosis,and treatment in clinical practice,so as to achieve early diagnosis and treatment and reduce fatality.
