摘  要:以公理设计理论中独立公理的要求为切入点,对产品设计过程中出现的设计耦合问题进行研究,提出了一种基于有向图的耦合分析方法,旨在为功能需求不独立情况下的设计求解提供便利。通过将设计矩阵转化为有向图,然后对有向图进行分析,以识别设计矩阵是否存在耦合。在此基础上,开展解耦策略与方法的研究:对准耦合设计矩阵,采用有向图路径排序法来确定功能求解的顺序,进而获得准独立设计;对耦合设计矩阵,提出最小耦合项集的概念,通过有向图确定该集合元素,从而确定需要消除的非对角项,为解耦的最终实现提供了问题求解基础。最后通过一个实例对所提出的方法进行了说明和验证。In light of the requirement of independent axiom in axiomatic design theory,this paper studies the design coupling problem in the process of product design,and proposes a coupling analysis method based on digraph theory,which aims at assisting design problem solving when the functional requirements are not independent.By analyzing the directed graph derived from design matrix,it helps identify whether there exists coupling or not.Based on this result,the relevant decoupling strategy and method are studied.For the quasi-coupled design matrix,the path sequencing method of digraph is used to determine the order of functional solution procedure,whereby the decoupled design matrix is delivered;for the coupled design matrix,the concept of minimum-coupling-element set is proposed,and the elements of the set are determined by exploitation of the digraph.With this result,the non-diagonal elements of the design matrix are eliminated,which provides the foundation for the eventual realization of decoupling.Finally,a case study is presented to illustrate and verify the proposed method.
