摘 要:针对排土机驾驶室人机操作界面布局设计不合理的问题,提出适用于排土机操作界面布局设计的方法。首先,引入专家可靠度对AHP和熵权法进行改进,并利用四象限模型,从使用频率和重要程度两方面对操作元件进行合理的模块化分类;其次,重新分配不同模块的布局,进而根据权重值对元件进行重新排布并且设计出两套方案;最后,运用Siemens Jack软件客观评价和专家主观评价对两套方案与原操作界面对比评价,并进行了改进方案优选。结果表明:优化设计后的操作界面的舒适性得到了明显提升,驾驶员的操作体验得到了充分重视,其中方案2的设计舒适度更高。该设计方法可以量化操作元件构成分析,对操作元件分类和优化有更加科学直观的指导,为大型工程机械复杂操作界面的布局设计提供了一种新的设计思路。Aiming at the problem of unreasonable layout design of the man-machine operation interface of the spreader cab,a method suitable for the layout design of the operation interface of the spreader is proposed.First,the expert reliability is introduced to improve the AHP and entropy weight method,and the four-quadrant model is used to rationally classify the operating elements in terms of frequency and importance;secondly,redistribute the layout of different modules,and then rearrange the components according to the weight value and design two sets of solutions;finally,using the objective evaluation of Siemens Jack software and subjective evaluation of experts,the two sets of programs were compared with the original operation interface,and the improved programs were optimized.The results show that the comfort of the operation interface after the optimized design has been significantly improved,and the driver's operating experience has been fully valued.Among them,the design 2 has higher design comfort.This design method can quantify the analysis of the composition of operating elements,and provide a more scientific and intuitive guide to the classification and optimization of operating elements.It provides a new design idea for the layout design of complex operating interfaces of large construction machinery.
