摘 要:为研究方钢管螺旋筋混凝土柱的偏压力学性能,以螺旋筋间距、径宽比、长细比、偏心率、纵筋直径及方钢管壁厚作为变化参数,设计并完成了18个试件进行偏心受压加载试验。通过试验观察了试件的受力破坏过程及形态,获取了试件荷载-跨中挠度曲线及钢材应变分布状况,分析了各变化参数对试件偏压力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:螺旋筋间距和径宽比能够有效地提升试件延性和抗弯刚度;随着长细比的增加,试件各项力学性能均有所下降;随着偏心率增加,试件的极限承载力、延性及抗弯刚度均有明显下降,而耗能系数则有所提升。最后采用了纤维模型法编制的程序计算了试件的偏压极限承载力,其计算值与试验值吻合较好,并以该程序为基准进行拓展参数分析,提出了试件的最优化配钢方式及设计建议。To study the mechanical properties of concrete filled square steel tube columns with spiral reinforcement under eccentric compression,18 specimens were designed and tested under eccentric compression with the spacing of the spiral reinforcement,diameter-to-width ratio,slenderness ratio,eccentricity ratio,diameter of the longitudinal rebars and thickness of square steel tube as variable parameters.The failure processes and failure modes of the specimens were observed,and the load-displacement curves and the distributions of steel strain were obtained in the test.The influences of various parameters on the mechanical properties of the specimens under eccentric compression were analyzed.The results show that the ductility and bending stiffness of the specimens were effectively improved by the spacing and diameter-to-width ratio of the spiral reinforcement.With the increase of the slenderness ratio,the mechanical properties of the specimens are decreased.With the increase of the eccentricity,the ultimate strength,ductility,and flexural stiffness of the specimens were significantly decreased,while the energy dissipation coefficient was obviously increased.A program compiled by a fiber-based model was used to calculate the ultimate strengths of the specimens under eccentric compression.The calculated values were in good agreement with the test results.Based on this program,an extended parametric analysis was carried out,and the optimal steel distribution mode and some design suggestion were proposed.
