区域经济下民间借贷的调研与样本分析——以宿州市为例

摘　　要：民间资本借贷作为一种社会自发的融资模式,借贷主体自身的供需关系导致民间借贷的规模不断壮大。通过对宿州市民间借贷的现状调研,收集相关的数据进行分析,分析问题所在以及社会的影响,找出相应的解决方法,提出有效的治理方案,使之进行规范化发展。Civilian capital loan is a kind of financing mode formed naturally in society.Supply and demand relationship in loan activities participants results in continuous expansion of civilian loan scale.By means of investigation on current situation of civilian loan in Suzhou city and collecting relevant data,the paper analyses the problems and their social impact and gives relevant suggestions on how to tackle the issues efficiently in order to help civilian loan activities develop according to relevant laws and regulations.
