摘 要:为优化当前T91耐热钢管对接焊缝性能并缩小热影响区,通过对比研究T91耐热钢激光焊(LW)与钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)对接焊缝的微观组织及常温拉伸、高温拉伸、硬度、常温冲击等各项力学性能,探究通过改变当前T91耐热钢焊接工艺提升焊缝质量的新方法。研究结果表明,激光焊(LW)在T91耐热钢的焊接中相比当前使用的钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)展现出了较好的工艺适配性,激光焊(LW)在保证焊缝组织与性能满足接头标准要求的基础上,相比钨极氩弧焊在焊缝粗晶区获得了更为细化的微观组织,焊缝与热影响区更小,且焊缝熔化区室温冲击性能明显提升。In order to optimize the butt weld properties of T91 heat resistant steel pipe and reduce the heat affected zone,the microstructure and mechanical properties of butt weld of T91 heat resistant steel laser welding(LW)and gas Tungsten arc welding(GTAW),such as room temperature tensile,high temperature tensile,hardness,room temperature impact tests,were compared.The new method of improving the weld quality by changing the current welding process of T91 heat resistant steel was explored.The results show that the laser welding(LW)shows better process adaptability than the currently used GTAW in T91 heat resistant steel welding.On the basis of ensuring that the microstructure and properties of the weld meet the requirements of the joint standard,laser welding(LW)obtains more refined microstructure in the coarse grain zone of the weld compared with the TIG welding,and the weld and heat affected zone are smaller,and the room temperature impact performance of the weld fusion zone is significantly improved.
