摘  要:应用正交试验研究72%霜脲·锰锌的稀释倍数、施药量及施药间隔期对橡胶树幼苗黑根病感病率及参试幼苗的主根长、须根数、株高、苗粗及种子萌发率的影响。结果表明:药剂稀释倍数对幼苗感病率、主根长及苗粗有显著影响,施药量和用药间隔期对幼苗感病率、主根长有显著影响;72%霜脲·锰锌防治黑根病的最优组合为稀释500倍液+施药量2.4 L/次+施药间隔期5 d。Orthogonal experiment was conducted to study the effect of dilution ratio(factor A),dosage(factor B)and interval time(factor C)of Cymoxanil-mancozeb 72%WP on the occurence of black root disease and susceptibility rate,main root length,number of fibrous roots,plant height,seedling diameter and seed germination rate of the tested seedlings.the results showed that the dilution ratio had a significant effect on the susceptibility rate,main root length and seedling diameter,and the dosage and interval had a significant effect on the susceptibility rate and main root length;Cymoxanil-mancozeb 72%WP the optimal combination for the prevention and treatment of black root disease was the diluted solution of 500 times+the dosage of 2.4 L/time+the interval of 5 days.
