摘 要:为探讨铜胁迫对白三叶种子萌发特性及根系生长发育的影响,以鄂牧1号白三叶为研究材料,进行不同Cu^2+浓度胁迫下种子萌发试验。结果表明,Cu^2+胁迫下白三叶种子萌发和根系发育受到不同程度的抑制;随着Cu^2+浓度的增大,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈下降趋势,胚根长、根表面积、根体积也逐渐减小,而根平均直径较对照显著增加;回归分析结果表明,铜胁迫下白三叶相对发芽率半致死浓度为93.7 mg·L^-1,绝对致死浓度为254.7 mg·L^-1;Cu^2+浓度达50 mg·L^-1时白三叶根系即受到显著抑制(p<0.05),各项根系指标明显改变。In order to investigate the effects of copper stress on the seed germination and root growth and development of White Clover,the seed germination test of White Clover variety Ermu 1 was conducted under Cu^2+stress with different concentration.The results showed that Cu^2+stress inhibited seed germination and root development in different degrees,and the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of seeds showed a downward trend with the increase of Cu^2+concentration,while the radicle length,root surface area and root volume also decreased gradually.Additionally,the average root diameter increased significantly compared with the control group.The relative germination percentage and the absolute lethal concentration of White Clover under copper stress were 93.7 mg·L^-1 and 254.7 mg·L^-1 based on regression analysis.The root system of White Clover was significantly inhibited(p<0.05)when the concentration of Cu^2+reached 50 mg·L^-1,and all root indexes were significantly changed.
