甘薯近缘野生种Ipomoea trifida(4 x)的染色体核型分析

摘　　要：采用染色体常规压片法,对甘薯近缘野生种Ipomoea trifida(4 x)的染色体数目及核型进行分析。结果表明,甘薯近缘野生种Ipomoea trifida(4 x)的染色体数目为2 n=4 x=56,相对长度介于(23±6.93)^(26±5.96)之间,臂比范围介于(1.20±0.36)^(3.64±0.36)之间,核型不对称系数为58.22%,核型分类属3 A型,其核型公式为:2 n=4 x=56=6 m+4 sm+1 st+3 t。染色体主要由中部着丝点染色体组成。The chromosome number and karyotype of Ipomoea trifida(4 X),a wild relative species of sweet potato,were analyzed by conventional chromosome tablet method.The results showed that the chromosome number of I.trifida(4 X)was 2 n=4 X=56,and the relative length between(23±6.93)to(26±5.96).Meanwhile,the chromosome arm ratio ranged from(1.20±0.36)to(3.64±0.36),and the karyotype asymmetry coefficient was 58.22%.The karyotype classification belonged to type 3 A,and its karyotype formula was 2 n=4 X=56=6 m+4 SM+1 st+3 t.Chromosomes were mainly composed of centromere chromosomes.
