省际边缘区县域经济合作研究——以松滋市和澧县为例

摘　　要：湖北与湖南省际边缘区松滋市和澧县的经济合作由于种种原因而长期受阻。新时代,国家资源不断下沉、发展理念转变以及经济内循环的政策导向,为省际边缘城市经济合作提供了契机。加强两县经济合作,需要整合两县旅游资源,改善两县营商环境,加强两县农产品互补与深加工合作,对接国家“中部崛起”与“长江经济带”战略,用民间交流推动两县官方合作。The economic cooperation between the inter-provincial marginal areas such as Songzi City in Hubei and Lu County in Hunan has been blocked for a long time due to various reasons.In the new era the national resources has sunk,the development concept has changed and the idea of domestic economic cycle has been proposed,which has provided a new opportunity for the economic cooperation between inter-provincial marginal urban areas.To strengthen the economic cooperation between Songzi City and Lu County,there is need to integrate the tourist resources of the two cities,improve their business environment,strengthen the cooperation of the products and deep processing,apply the national strategies of“the rise of the middle”and“the Yangtze economic belt”so as to promote the official cooperation through civil communication.
