摘  要:多孔建筑材料中液态水的传递过程对材料的性能有很大的影响,其中毛细吸水系数是表征多孔建筑材料液态水吸收能力的一个关键参数。目前毛细吸水系数常用部分浸渍法测量,但由于无法连续测量等原因,测量结果的精度很低。基于部分浸渍法,设计了一种连续测量方式,并以加气混凝土为研究对象,通过部分浸渍法和连续测试法测量其毛细吸水系数,以期通过比较测试结果来探究新方法的可行性。结果表明,新方法避免了试样频繁取出进行称重的过程,具有精度高,操作简单和可重复性高等优点。The transfer process of liquid water in porous building materials has a great influence on the properties of the materials, and the capillary water absorption coefficient is a key parameter characterizing the water absorption capacity of porous building materials,which is usually measured by partial immersion. Although the traditional measurement has been widely used, the accuracy of the result is very low,which is caused by the process of the testing method. In this paper, based on partial impregnation method, a kind of continuous measurement technology was reported, and aerated concrete materials with different heights were used as test objects. By comparing the test result of the traditional standard measurement and continuous test method to explore the new method advantages. The results show that the new method avoids the process of frequent sample extraction and weighing, which made the new method more convenient and has the advantages of high precision, simple operation, and high repeatability.
