摘  要:【目的】为探究截顶处理对于樟子松种子园结种情况的影响,对现有种子园经营是否会有帮助,本研究对截顶4年后樟子松种子园结塔情况进行调查研究,探求截顶处理对樟子松种子园结种情况的影响。【方法】试验于2019年10月在加格达奇林业技术推广站樟子松种子园开展,参试对象为2015年10月隔行隔株截顶处理的樟子松。在调查区域内随机选取31个无性系,每个无性系抽选截顶处理和未截顶处理各3~4株树,对其下数第二轮结塔枝选取东、南、西、北四方向标准枝,全枝取塔,后以株为单位进行混样,测定各植株4个标准枝结塔个数及结塔鲜重,并以标准枝测定值代表整株结塔个数及结塔鲜重按截顶与否、不同无性系、母树采穗种源地情况进行差异分析。【结果】通过t检验可知,截顶植株和对照植株单株结实情况差异不显著,但截顶植株无论是单株平均结塔个数或是结塔鲜重均高于对照组,且参试植株中截顶处理后单株平均最多结塔数量为对照的2.13倍,单株平均结塔鲜重最大植株为对照最重植株的2.01倍。方差分析结果表明不同无性系之间无论是平均单株结塔个数或是单株平均结塔鲜重均有极显著差异(P<0.01),进一步多重比较得出无性系402和无性系74418无论是单株平均结塔个数或是结塔鲜重均高于其它无性系。通过比较不同种源地单株平均结塔情况差异可以看出,不同种源地仅单株平均结塔数量差异显著,单株平均结塔数量最多的为阿木尔种源,最少的为呼中种源。【结论】截顶植株虽然结塔情况优于对照,但尚未达到显著程度,不同无性系间结塔情况差异显著,阿木尔种源植株单株平均结塔个数最多,并显著高于呼中、塔河两种源地。【Objective】To explore whether the top pruning treatment has a significant effect on the seed setting of Mongolian scots pine(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)seed orchard and whether it will be beneficial to the management of the seed orchard,we investigated the cones formation of Mongolian scots pine seed orchard following top pruning treatment 4 years later.Objective to exprole the effect of top pruning of Pinus Sylvestris var.mongalica seed orchard.【Method】This study was carried out in the Mongolian scots pine Seed orchard of Jiagedaaki Technical Extension Station of in October 2019,and the test area was top pruning of alternate rows and separated plants in October 2015.31 clones were randomly selected in the investigated region.3 or 4 trees were selected by top pruning or not of each clone.For the second round of its branch whorls,the standard branches in the east,south,west and north directions were selected,and cones were taken for the whole branch.And then mixed samples by plant and determined each plant’s four standard branch cones’number and their fresh weight.The measured data represented the entire tree species.The differences of provenance,clone and top pruning or not were analyzed.【Results】By t-test,there were no significant difference between top pruning or not,but the top pruning plants had higher cones’number and their fresh weight than control group.Among the tested plants,the average maximum number of cones per plant was 2.13 times of that of the control,and the average fresh weight of the heaviest plant was 2.01 times of that of the control.The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in the average number of cones per plant and the average fresh weight per plant among different clones(P<0.01).Further multiple comparison showed that clone 402 and clone 74418 had higher average number of towers per plant and fresh weight of tower than other clones.By comparing the differences of the average number of towers per plant in different provenances,it
