摘　　要：通过研究当前汽车行业人才培养机制的不足,提出了基于项目管理思想的卓越技能人才培养机制,以适应汽车行业高质量发展的迫切需求。Through the research of the current automobile industry personnel training mechanism deficiencies,this paper puts forward the outstanding skills talent training mechanism based on project management thought,in order to meet the urgent needs of high-quality development of the automobile industry.
