三伏灸联合散结定喘汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及对白细胞介素-4、肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察三伏灸联合散结定喘汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予单纯三伏灸治疗,观察组给予三伏灸联合散结定喘汤内服。治疗后通过临床疗效以及咳嗽积分、肺功能、血清白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)等观测指标来进行两组间的对比。结果:两组的临床疗效及观测指标在治疗后都得到了显著改善(P<0.05),而且观察组治疗后临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能指标用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、第一秒用力肺活量(Forced Expiratory Volume 1,FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1/FVC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而血清IL-4、TNF-α的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三伏灸联合散结定喘汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效明显优于单纯三伏灸,值得在临床推广。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Sanfu moxibustion(三伏灸)plus the Sanjie Dingchuan decoction(散结定喘汤)on cough variant asthma in children.Methods:All children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given the Sanfu moxibustion.And the observation group was given the Sanjie Dingchuan decoction more.Results:Clinical efficacy and related indicators in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and those in the observation group are better than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the cough score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The lung function indexes,including FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the serum IL-4 and TNF-αlevels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sanfu moxibustion plus the Sanjie Dingchuan decoction shows significantly better efficacy than simple Sanfu moxibustion on cough variant asthma,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
