摘　　要：目的:分析针灸配合康复推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法:选择椎动脉型颈椎病患者66例作为本次研究的对象,病例选取时间在2019年2月-2020年1月,根据不同的治疗方式将患者分成观察组和对照组,其中对照组进行针灸治疗,观察组进行针灸配合康复推拿治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗指标、颈椎病颈椎功能评分及视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组的眩晕、恶心、头痛、颈痛、旋颈试验等治疗指标均要优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗前后的颈椎病颈椎功能评分及VAS评分,治疗后对比优势明显,而且P<0.05。观察组的恶心、心悸、血压升高等不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针灸配合康复推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,有利于身体的快速康复。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture with rehabilitation massage on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:Sixty-six patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.The control group received acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group received rehabilitation massage more.Results:The treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The treatment indicators of dizziness,nausea,headache,neck pain,and neck rotation test in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.In the observation group,the cervical spine function score and VAS score of cervical spondylosis before and after treatment had obvious comparative advantages after treatment,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,palpitations,and elevated blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture with rehabilitation massage is effective on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,which is beneficial to the rapid recovery of the disease.
