医用磁贴联合通腑泻肺方治疗重症肺炎合并胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨医用磁贴联合通腑泻肺方治疗重症肺炎合并胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将2017年9月-2019年2月我院重症医学科收治的60例重症肺炎合并胃肠功能障碍患者作为研究对象,运用随机方式将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规治疗下施以医用磁贴联合通腑泻肺方治疗,分别对患者的发热天数进行观察,并观察其治疗前及治疗10 d后的白细胞计数(White Blood Cell Count,WBC)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(Motilin,MOT)含量、腹内压(Intra-abdominal Pressure,IAP)、胃残流量(Gastric Remnant Flow,GRV)情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的WBC、PCT、CRP、GAS、MOT、IAP、GRV无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗10 d后,治疗组的MOT、GAS水平明显提升,WBC、PCT、CRP、IAP、GRV水平明显降低,并且治疗组的发热天数明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:医用磁贴联合通腑泻肺方治疗重症肺炎合并胃肠功能障碍具有显著的临床效果。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of medical magnetic stickers with the Tongfu Xiefei decoction(通腑泻肺方)on severe pneumonia with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated in conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated by medical magnetic stickers with the Tongfu Xiefei decoction more.Results:After 10 days,the levels of MOT and GAS in the treatment group were increased significantly,and WBC,PCT,CRP,IAP,GRV levels were significantly reduced,and the number of fever days in the treatment group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical magnetic stickers with the Tongfu Xiefei decoction has a significant clinical effect on severe pneumonia with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
