益肾壮骨合剂治疗骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对患有骨质疏松症的老年患者使用益肾壮骨合剂治疗后的效果进行探究。方法:选取2016年6月-2019年6月来我院进行诊疗的骨质疏松症患者300例作为本次的研究对象,随机将其分为三个组——治疗组、对照组、空白组,每组各100例。对照组给以肾骨胶囊药物治疗;治疗组给予益肾壮骨合剂治疗;空白组不给予药物治疗且病患半年内没有服用过任何治疗骨质疏松症的药物。经一段时间的治疗后测量比较三个组病患的骨密度(Bone Mineral Density,BMD)、骨钙素(Osteocalcin,BGP)、尿吡啶酚(Urinary Pyridinoline Cross-link,PYD),比较临床效果。结果:入院初,三组患者BMD、BGP、PYD水平的差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;半年后,治疗组患者BMD、BGP、PYD水平均显著优于对照组和空白组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者治疗有效率显著高于其他两组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者主证、次证证候积分均显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);且治疗组患者主证、次证证候积分均显著低于空白组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:益肾壮骨合剂药效比较温和,不良反应少,费用不昂贵,可以在改善广大病患骨质疏松症状的同时减轻经济压力,值得大力倡导应用这种药物治疗患有骨质疏松症的病患。Objective:To explore the effect of the Yishen Zhuanggu mixture(益肾壮骨合剂)on elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:300 patients with osteoporosis who came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the treatment group,control group,and blank group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Shengu capsule(肾骨胶囊),the treatment group was treated with the Yishen Zhuanggu mixture,and the blank group was not given medicine and the patients had not taken any medicine for osteoporosis within half a year.After a period of treatment,the BMD,BGP,and PYD in the three groups were measured and compared to compare the clinical effects.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in BMD,BGP,and PYD levels among the three groups,P>0.05.Six months later,the BMD,BGP and PYD levels of patients in the treatment group were significantly better,with significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the other two groups,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the primary and secondary syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).And the scores of the primary and secondary syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yishen Zhuanggu mixture shows relatively mild medicine effect,few side effects,and low cost.It can improve the symptoms of osteoporosis in the majority of patients while reducing economic pressure.It is worth promoting the application to treat osteoporosis.
