血滞通胶囊和脉血康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块治疗效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血滞通胶囊和脉血康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙对颈动粥样硬化斑块的治疗效果。方法:选择56例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组应用血滞通胶囊和脉血康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血脂、血清水平的变化,以及颈动脉斑块积分等指标的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者血脂中总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)及血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)水平均较治疗前明显下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C)明显升高,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(Intima-media Thickness,IMT)及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块积分与治疗前比较均显著降低,且观察组降低更加明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙治疗的基础上联合应用血滞通胶囊和脉血康胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块可以进一步改善血脂代谢紊乱、抑制炎症反应,有效促进颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的消退。Objective:To explore the effects of the Xuezhitong capsule(血滞通胶囊)plus the Maixuekang capsule(脉血康胶囊)with atorvastatin calcium on carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:56 cases were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,and the observation group was treated with the Xuezhitong capsule and the Maixuekang capsule more.Results:After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP in the groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and HDL-C was significantly increased.Those indexes in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the carotid artery IMT and carotid atherosclerotic plaque scores in the groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,and the reduction in the observation group was more obvious,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of the Xuezhitong capsule plus the Maixuekang capsule with atorvastatin calcium in treating carotid atherosclerotic plaque can further ameliorate blood lipid metabolism,inhibit inflammation,and effectively promote the regression of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
