壮医理筋拨筋、壮药酒涂擦联合壮药包局部烫熨治疗膝骨关节炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析壮医理筋拨筋、壮药酒涂擦联合壮药包局部烫熨治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法:将2018年2月-2019年2月在医院骨科治疗的42例膝骨关节炎患者随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)及试验组(22例)。对照组接受壮药包局部烫熨及壮药酒局部涂擦治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上接受壮医理筋拨筋治疗,比较两组干预后临床疗效、干预前后疼痛评分、症状评分、50 m步行时间、血沉、C反应蛋白及白细胞介素-1水平。结果:干预后试验组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后试验组疼痛评分及症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后试验组50 m步行时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后试验组血沉、C反应蛋白及白细胞介素-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医理筋拨筋、壮药酒涂擦联合壮药包局部烫熨治疗膝骨关节炎可提高治疗有效率,缓解患者疼痛及临床症状,改善膝关节行走能力并降低机体炎症反应。Objective:To investigate efficacy of Lijin-Bojin(理筋拨筋),perfrication of medicinal wine and local ironing of Zhuang nationality medicine on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:42 patients were randomly divided into the control group(20 cases)and experimental group(22 cases).The control group received Zhuang nationality medicine package local ironing and perfrication of medicinal wine,and the test group received Zhuang nationality medical Lijin-Bojin more.Before and after the intervention,the clinical efficacy,pain score,symptom score,50 m walking time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and interleukin-1 levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the clinical efficiency in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score,symptom score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and interleukin-1 levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 50 m walking time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuang nationality medical Lijin-Bojin,perfrication of medicinal wine and local ironing of medicinal package on knee osteoarthritis shows good effects,can relieve pain and clinical symptoms,improve knee joint function and reduce inflammation.
