益气养阴活血法对干眼症患者自觉症状及泪膜稳定性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养阴活血法对干眼症患者自觉症状及泪膜稳定性的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年12月期间于本院就诊的98例干眼症患者,按照年龄、性别组间具有可比性原则,将其分为对照组与观察组,各组49例。对照组采用西药(聚乙烯醇滴眼液)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药(益气养阴活血法)治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后自觉症状及泪膜稳定性情况。结果:治疗后,观察组各项自觉症状评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间(Tear Film Break-up Time,BUT)、泪液分泌量(Tear Secretion of Schirmer Test,SIt)指标高于对照组,角膜荧光素染色分值(Corneal Fluorescein Staining Score,FL)指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血法在干眼症患者中应用效果良好,可有效改善自觉症状,增强泪膜稳定性,值得临床研究推广。Objective:To explore the effects of the Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy(益气养阴活血法)on self-conscious symptoms and tear film stability of dry eyes patients.Methods:98 cases were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each.The control group was treated by polyvinyl alcohol eye drops.The observation group took the Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy more.Results:After treatment,various self-conscious symptoms scores and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than the control group,BUT and SIt were higher than the control group,and FL index was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy is effective on dry eyes,can effectively improve selfconscious symptoms of the patients,enhance tear film stability,and is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
