八珍颗粒治疗阿帕替尼相关癌性疲乏的临床观察及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍颗粒在阿帕替尼相关癌性疲乏治疗中的应用。方法:将口服阿帕替尼患者60例随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组治疗同时口服金施尔康,治疗组口服八珍颗粒,观察两组Piper疲乏积分及对免疫功能的影响。结果:治疗组在治疗结束时Piper疲乏积分明显低于对照组,且能提高细胞的免疫功能,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:八珍颗粒能够改善阿帕替尼引起的癌性疲乏及提高细胞的免疫功能。Objective:To observe the Bazhen granules(八珍颗粒)on apatinib-related cancer fatigue.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.All patients took apatinib orally.The control group was treated with Gold Theragran at the same time,and the treatment group was treated with the Bazhen granules.Results:At the end of treatment,Piper fatigue score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and it can improve the immune function of cells,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Bazhen granules can improve cancer fatigue caused by apatinib and also improve the immune function of cells.
