联用穴位贴敷疗法和耳穴压豆疗法对缓解期哮喘患者进行治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷疗法联用耳穴压豆疗法对缓解期哮喘患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:择取2017年1月-2019年10月青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院收治的缓解期哮喘患者110例参与本组课题研究。根据随机数表法的分组原则,将所选的110例患者平均分为研究组(55例)和对照组(55例)两个组别。临床治疗期间,对照组缓解期哮喘患者通过单一穴位贴敷疗法开展治疗,在此基础上,研究组缓解期哮喘患者还需接受耳穴压豆疗法的治疗。连续治疗3个月后,分别对两组缓解期哮喘患者的临床治疗效果展开比较。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.36%(53/55),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为83.64%(46/55),研究组患者的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组,且组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗的过程中,联用穴位贴敷疗法和耳穴压豆疗法治疗缓解期哮喘可获得确切的疗效,不仅能消除患者的临床症状和不良体征,而且能有效改善患者的肺功能,促进预后,值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy on patients with asthma during remission.Methods:One hundred and ten patients with asthma in the remission stage admitted to Weihai Second Municipal Hospital affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled in this group.According to the grouping principle of random number table method,the selected 110 patients were equally divided into two groups:the study group(55 cases)and the control group(55 cases).During the clinical treatment period,the asthmatic patients in the control group were treated with single acupoint sticking therapy.On this basis,the patients in the study group also received auricular acupoints pressing therapy.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical treatment effects of two groups of patients with asthma in remission were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.36%(53/55),and the effective rate in the control group was 83.64%(46/55).The clinical treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of clinical treatment,the combination of acupoint sticking therapy and auricular acupoint pressing therapy can obtain the exact curative effect in the treatment of asthma in remission,which can eliminate the clinical symptoms and adverse signs of patients,in addition to effectively improving the pulmonary function of patients and promoting the prognosis,and it is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical practice.
