按摩推拿护理对胸外科手术患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究按摩推拿护理对胸外科手术患者的效果。方法:选取中山市人民医院胸外科就诊的136位手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组70例,对照组66例。对照组采用常规综合护理,研究组在常规综合护理基础上进行按摩推拿护理。比较患者对护理方式的认可度,患者肺功能指标、排痰情况,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:通过记录各项指标,通过按摩推拿护理的研究组的患者认可度显著较高(P<0.05),研究组肺功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05),而且研究组的排痰量较显著(P<0.05),进而研究组发生的不良反应较少,不良反应率较低,和对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:按摩推拿护理对胸外科手术患者能够有效地增加肺通气量,增加显著的排痰次数和排痰量,避免不良反应的发生,值得胸外科手术推广。Objective:To study the effect of massage nursing on thoracic surgery patients.Methods:136 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in Zhongshan city people's hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group(70 cases)and the control group(66 cases).The control group received routine comprehensive nursing,while the study group received back massage and massage nursing based on routine comprehensive nursing.The patients'recognition of nursing,patients'pulmonary function index,patients'sputum excretion and adverse reactions were compared.Results:By recording various indexes,the patients in the study group who received back massage and massage care had significantly higher recognition(P<0.05),the lung function indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the sputum excretion in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Furthermore,the adverse reactions occurred in the study group were less and the adverse reaction rate was lower,which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Back massage and massage nursing can effectively improve lung ventilation,increase the number and amount of sputum excretion,and avoid adverse reactions in patients undergoing thoracic surgery.It is worthy of promotion in thoracic surgery.
