不同中医体质类型的女大学生体质健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的:对不同中医体质类型的女大学生进行探索,并分析其体质健康状况。方法:选取山东中医药高等专科学校800例17~22岁女大学生,以问卷形式对其进行调查,并对数据进行回归性分析。结果:本次研究共发放800份,回收786份,量表回收率98.25%(786/800);有效问卷780份,有效率97.50%(780/800);9种中医体质中,平和质的体质健康人群最多,优秀及良好率高达88.65%(289/326);其余8种体质均为偏颇体质,血瘀质和痰湿质的体质健康人群最少,且血瘀质不及格率高达88.89%(32/36)。以9种体质类型作为自变量,以体质健康程度作为因变量进行Logistic回归分析,发现平和质与湿热质均可进入模型;自变量不变,以体质健康程度良好作为因变量进行Logistic回归分析,发现阳虚质、阴虚质及痰湿质可进入模型;自变量不变,以体质健康程度不及格作为因变量进行Logistic回归分析,发现气郁质与血瘀质可进入模型。结论:本次调查中女大学生体质多为平和质,且平和质具有较好的健康标准;其余偏颇体质对健康标准得分均具有一定的干扰,以中医体质类型可对女大学生的体质健康状况进行适当分析。Objective:To explore the different types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution of female college students,and to analyze their physical health status.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 800 female college students aged 17~22 in Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and regression analysis was conducted on the data.Results:In this study,800 copies were issued and 786 copies were returned,with a scale recovery rate of 98.25%(786/800);780 valid questionnaires with an effective rate of 97.50%(780/800);among the 9 traditional Chinese medicine physiques,the most healthy people with peaceful constitutions,excellent and the good rate is as high as 88.65%(289/326);the remaining 8 physiques are biased physiques.The healthy people with blood stasis and phlegm dampness are the least,and the blood stasis failure rate is as high as 88.89%(32/36).Using 9 physical fitness types as independent variables,and excellent physical fitness as the dependent variable,a logistic regression analysis was performed,and it was found that peace quality and damp heat quality could enter the model;independent variables were unchanged,and good physical fitness was used as the dependent variable to perform logistic regression analysis.It was found that the quality of Yang deficiency(阳虚),Yin deficiency(阴虚),and phlegm-dampness quality can enter the model;the independent variables remain unchanged,and the failure of physical fitness is used as the dependent variable to perform logistic regression analysis,and it is found that the Qi stagnation(气郁)quality and blood stasis quality can enter the model.Conclusion:In this survey,the majority of female college students are with mild constitution,which has better health standards;the other biased constitutions have certain interference to the score of health standard.The constitution type of traditional Chinese medicine can be used to analyze the health condition of female college students.
