补肾健骨汤结合垫枕法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折行补肾健骨汤联合垫枕法,对其临床疗效、钙离子(Ca2+)水平、生活质量以及骨密度值的影响。方法:回顾性选取云浮市中医院骨伤科2015年12月-2019年1月实施补肾健骨汤联合垫枕法治疗的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的45例老年患者临床资料作为研究对象(研究组),同期纳入实施垫枕法治疗的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的45例老年患者临床资料作为参照对象(参照组),观察两组治疗期间Ca2+、骨密度值变化,并对患者治疗后临床疗效及生活质量进行评估。结果:治疗前,研究组与参照组骨密度测量、钙离子水平以及生活质量分析比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组和参照组骨密度和生活质量均高于治疗前,Ca2+水平治疗后低于与治疗前。组间对比显示,研究组治疗后骨密度测量、Ca2+水平、生活质量与参照组对比显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总治疗有效率为97.78%(44/45),参照组总治疗有效率为87.5%(40/45),对比显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折实施补肾健骨汤结合垫枕法,可明显降低血清Leptin水平,提高高龄患者骨密度值,进而提高疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy Bushen Jiangu decoction(补肾健骨汤)and bolstering therapy on calcium ion(Ca2+)values,life quality and bone mineral density of elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture patients.Methods:45 elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture patients received Bushen Jiangu decoction and bolstering therapy from December 2015 to January 2019 in Department of Orthopedics Surgery were set as the study group;45 patients undergoing bolstering therapy were set as the reference group.The Ca2+values,bone mineral density,curative effect and life quality were evaluated.Results:Before treatment,bone mineral density,Ca2+values and life quality between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,bone mineral density and life quality in the study group were higher than those before treatment;Ca2+values were lower than that before treatment;results indicated that bone mineral density,Ca2+values and life quality between the study group and the reference group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the study group 97.78%(44/45)was higher than that of the reference group 87.5%(40/45),which was with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with bolstering therapy can remarkably reduce serum Leptin levels,and improve the bone mineral density and curative effect.
