中药柴胡皂苷药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：柴胡最早的记载见于《神农本草经》,是历来的辛凉解表常用药物。柴胡不仅要广泛的应用,且具有悠久的应用历史,柴胡皂苷是柴胡的主要药理活性成分,本文主要对近年来中国国内对柴胡皂苷药理作用的研究进展进行了综述,分别从其抗炎、抗病毒、抗细菌内毒素的作用、解热、镇咳的作用,镇静、镇痛、抗癫痫的作用、保肝作用和抗肿瘤作用等药理作用进行了阐述,以期为进一步提高柴胡皂苷资源的利用提供参考。Bupleurum chinense is first recorded in the Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica,which has always been a popular medicine for relieving symptoms.Bupleurum chinense is not only widely used,but also has a long history of application.Bupleurum saikosaponin is the main pharmacological active ingredient of Bupleurum chinense.In this paper,the research progress on the pharmacological effects of Bupleurum chinense saikosaponin in recent years in China is reviewed,including its anti-inflammatory,antivirus,anti-bacterial endotoxin,antipyretic,antitussive,sedative,analgesic and anti-epileptic effects.In order to provide reference for further improving the utilization of saikosaponin resources,its pharmacological effects in hepatoprotective and antineoplastic actions are elaborated.
