摘　　要：针对电网企业在资产全寿命周期管理中存在实物与资产对应混乱、业务流转操作不规范、账卡物不一致等问题,国家电网有限公司提出了电网资产统一身份编码的概念,有效解决了信息贯通断与乱的问题。通过黑龙江电网在资产统一身份编码建设和应用过程中的经验,详细阐述了其建设的背景意义、内涵、实施方法、具体应用以及实践成效。In view of the problems existing in the whole life-cycle management of assets in power grid enterprises,such as the confusion between physical objects and assets,the nonstandard operation of business flow,and the inconsistency between accounts and cards,the State Grid Corporation of China has proposed the concept of unified identity code for grid assets,which effectively solves the problems of disconnection and disorder of information penetration.Based on the experience of Heilongjiang power grid in the construction and application of asset unified identity code,the background significance,connotation,implementation method,specific application and practical effect of its construction are expounded in detail.
