摘  要:为综合解决汽轮机末级叶片水蚀防护,以某电厂汽轮机末级叶片发生严重水蚀为例,对叶片水蚀机理、防护原理、防护措施对比等方面进行分析,找出合理可行的水蚀叶片防护和减轻水蚀损伤的解决办法。工程应用表明,司太立合金修复方法具有可行性、可靠性和经济性。In order to comprehensively solve the water erosion protection of the last stage blade of steam turbine,taking the serious water erosion of the last stage blade of steam turbine in a power plant as an example,water erosion mechanism,protection principle and comparison among protection measures of the blade are analyzed,and the reasonable and feasible solutions for the protection of the water erosion blade and the reduction of water erosion damage are found out.The engineering application shows that the repair method of stellite alloy is feasible,reliable and economical.
