摘  要:针对现有氧化皮检测技术的局限性,提出了基于电磁超声的电站锅炉受热面管氧化皮的检测方法。用电磁激发的方式在受热面管试样中激发出高频横波,通过受热面管试样有氧化皮部位与无氧化皮部位的对比试验,论述基于电磁超声的电站锅炉受热面管内壁氧化皮状况的判断依据。经氧化皮测厚对比试验,分析了电磁超声氧化皮厚度检测误差产生的原因,验证了电磁超声氧化皮厚度检测技术的可行性。In view of the limitations of the existing oxide scale detection technology,the detection method of oxide scale on heating surface tubes of boiler based on electromagnetic ultrasonic is proposed.High frequency shear waves are generated in the heating surface tube samples by electromagnetic excitation.Through the contrast experiment of the position with and without oxide scale on the heating surface tube sample,the judgment basis of oxide scale condition on the inner wall of boiler heating surface tubes based on electromagnetic ultrasonic is discussed.Through the contrast experiment of oxide scale thickness measurement,the causes of the error in the measurement of oxide scale thickness by electromagnetic ultrasound are analyzed,and the feasibility of the thickness measurement technology of oxide scale by electromagnetic ultrasound is verified.
