摘　　要：通过全面梳理青岛市红色基因资源,对青岛市红色基因传承现状进行了分析,并对青岛市中小学红色基因的传承策略进行了深入探究。从完善青岛市红色基因传承机制、建立红色基因智库、培育红色基因教育力量、创新红色基因表达形式、革新传承方式构建红色基因传承体系、建立红色基因传承评价体系等六个方面提出建议,以此来实现红色基因传承的时代使命。On the basis of a comprehensive sorting of red gene resources in Qingdao,this paper analyzes the present situation of red gene inheritance in Qingdao,and probes into the inheritance strategy of red gene in Qingdao primary and middle schools.This paper puts forward suggestions from the following six aspects:perfecting the inheritance mechanism of the red gene in Qingdao,establi-shing the think tank of the red gene,cultivating the educational power of the red gene,innovating the expression form of the red gene,innovating the inheritance mode,constructing the inheritance system of the red gene,and establishing the evaluation system of the inheritance of the red gene.It aims to achieve the mission of the age of Red Gene Inheritance.
