摘 要:《矿山立井冻结法施工及质量验收标准(GB/T 51277—2018)》要求,对穿过或接近马头门、硐室、巷道及有导水危险的冻结孔和测温孔,采用缓凝水泥浆封堵。工程实践中,受现场管理或缓凝水泥浆性能等多方面因素的影响,冻结管沉管困难、环形空间封闭不良的情况时有发生,对井筒安全造成严重威胁。提出沉管系数d,用于冻结管沉管判断;根据对沉管影响因素的分析,指导缓凝水泥浆性能指标设计和沉管施工,有效保证了葫芦素煤矿西翼风井冻结钻孔封堵沉管安全,消除了环形空间导水通道涌水淹井隐患。研究成果对西部富水弱胶结软岩地层全深冻结法施工井筒钻孔环形空间水害防治,具有理论和实践价值。As required by“Standard on Ground Freezing Construction and Quality Acceptance of Mine Shaft(GB/T 51277—2018)”,the freezing holes and the temperature monitoring holes passed through or closed to the mine shaft ingate,underground chamber,mine roadway as well as area with water flow danger should be sealed and plugged with retarded cements.In the project practices,influenced by the site management,the retarded cement grout performances and other factors,difficult to settle the freezing pipe down and the annular space not well sealed could be occurred and would cause serious threats to the safety of the mine shaft.A pipe settlement coefficient d was provided and applied to judge the settlement of the freezing pipe.The analysis on the influence factors of the pipe settlement could guide the performance index design of the retarded cement and the construction of the pipe settlement,effectively ensured the safety sealing and plugging settled pipe of the freezing holes for the west wing ventilation shaft of Hulusu Mine and eliminated the danger of the mine water flow and mine flooded from the annular space.The study results could have the theory and practice value to prevent the water disaster from the annular space of the boreholes around the mine shaft constructed with the full depth ground freezing method in West China water rich weak bond and soft rock strata.
