摘  要:研究采用大豆粒数、粒重、荚数、三粒荚、四粒荚性状差异显著的合丰25和L-28为亲本,选择两者杂交衍生的F2:15代100个重组自交系为作图群体,利用BinMap作图技术构建分子遗传连锁图谱,并结合阿城、呼兰、向阳3个环境条件下大豆粒数、粒重、荚数、三粒荚、四粒荚表型数据,利用ICIMapping4.0软件ICIM作图法作大豆粒数、粒重、荚数、三粒荚、四粒荚加性QTL和上位性QTL挖掘,以期为大豆分子辅助育种提供分子标记工具。结果表明,3个环境条件下获得27个与大豆粒数、粒重、荚数、三粒荚、四粒荚相关QTL,其中粒数、粒重、荚数、三粒荚、四粒荚性状表型贡献率最高QTL分别为qSN6-2(16%)、q SW6-1(14.25%)、qPN5-1(14.02%)、qNTSP2-1(17.49%)、qNFSP20-1(19.17%)。经加性×加性上位性检测,得到36个大豆粒数、粒重、荚数、三粒荚、四粒荚加性×加性上位QTLs。研究所获得与粒数、粒重、荚数、三粒荚、四粒荚性状相关QTL,将为高产大豆分子辅助育种奠定理论和技术基础。In this study,Hefeng 25 and L-28,which had significant differences in seed number,seed weight,pod number,three-seeded pod and four-seeded pod,were used as parents,and 100 recombinant inbred lines of F2:15 generation derived from the hybridization of the two were used as mapping population.Molecular genetic linkage map was constructed by BinMap mapping technology,and the phenotypic data of seed number,seed weight,pod number,three-seeded pod and four-seeded pod in three environmental conditions of Acheng,Hulan and Xiangyang were combined for analyzing.Then the ICIM graphing method of ICIMapping4.0 software was used to excavate additive QTL and epistasis QTL of the seed number,seed weight,pod number,three-seeded pod and four-seeded pod of soybeans,looking forward to providing molecular marker tools for soybean breeding assisted with molecular technology.The results showed that 27 QTLs related to seed number,seed weight,pod number,three-seeded pod and four-seeded pod were obtained under three environmental conditions.Among them,the QTLs contributing the most to the phenotype of seed number,seed weight,pod number,three-seeded pod and four-seeded pod were qSN6-2(16%),qSW6-1(14.25%),qPN5-1(14.02%),qNTSP2-1(17.49%)and qNFSP20-1(19.17%).Through additive×additive epistasis detection,36 additive×additive epistasis QTLs of seed number,seed weight,pod number,three-seeded pod and four-seeded pod of soybeans were obtained.The QTLs relevant to the seed number,seed weight,pod number,three-seeded pod and four-seeded pod of soybeans obtained in this study,would lay a theoretical and technical foundation for high-yielding soybean breeding assisted with molecular technology.
