摘  要:老山芹种子采收时种胚发育不完全,种子存在休眠特性,秋播后第二年春季发芽,且发芽率低、发芽不整齐,限制老山芹规模化生产。为提高层积效果,选用不同浓度GA浸泡种子24 h,再层积,定期取样观测种胚形态及生理生化指标。结果表明,层积前GA处理使胚长和胚率增加,有利于种子完成形态后熟过程,其中处理三(400 mg·L^-1)比对照提前30 d完成形态后熟;在种子后熟过程中其物质代谢活跃,各处理淀粉和脂肪含量逐渐降低;可溶性糖含量先升后降;可溶性蛋白变化较大,表现为先升后降再升后降趋势。研究结果为提高种子处理效果和发芽率,发展老山芹产业提供理论依据和技术支撑。The seeds of Heracleum dissectum Ledeb have dormancy characteristics and the embryos are not fully developed after harvesting.The seeds will not germinate until the following spring after sowing in autumn.In addition,the low germination rate and irregular germination which limit the large-scale production of Heracleum dissectum Ledeb.In order to improve the effect of stratification,the seeds were soaked with different concentrations of GA for 24 h,and then stratified.The embryo morphology,physiological and biochemical indices were regularly sampled and observed.The results showed that GA treatment before stratification could accelerate the growth of embryo length and embryo rate which was beneficial to seeds complete the morphological post-ripening process.The third treatment(400 mg·L^-1)completed morphological ripening 30 d earlier than that of the control.During the process of seed post-ripening,the material metabolism inside seeds was active.The contents of starch and fat decreased gradually,the content of soluble sugar changed from increasing to decreasing.The soluble protein changed greatly,it changed from increasing to decreasing,then increasing and finally decreasing.The results of this study provided theoretical basis and technical support for improving the seed treatment effect,germination rate and developing the Heracleum dissectum Ledeb industry.
