用药督促对真菌性外耳道炎治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察用药督促对真菌性外耳道炎治疗效果的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年11月本院门诊收治的72例真菌性外耳道炎患者,随机分成观察组(用药督促组)和对照组(非用药督促组),每组36例(36耳)。两组均在硬性耳内镜下清洁外耳道后由医生首次在外耳道内注射派瑞松乳膏,然后回家自行用药,每晚1次,疗程为2周。观察组采用微信模式每天定时提醒患者用药及收集反馈意见,对照组不予干预。比较两组患者临床治疗有效率、依从性、复发率及满意度。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗依从性为100.00%,明显优于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组复发率为8.33%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分为(98.83±2.70)分,高于对照组的(88.47±9.92)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用用药督促管理门诊患者用药能提高真菌性外耳道炎的疗效,降低复发率,提高患者的依从性及满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of medication supervision on the treatment of fungal otitis externa.Methods 72 patients with fungal otitis externa were randomly divided into the observation group(medication supervision group)and the control group(non-medication supervision group),with 36 cases(36 ears)in each group.After cleaning theexternal acoustic meatus by ear endoscope,doctors injected perisoneinto the external auditory canal and taught patients how to use the medicine themselves.Then patients took medicine themselves at homeonce a night for 2 weeks.The observation group was remindedto take medicine daily and gave feedback by WeChat,while the control group took medicine without warning.The treatment efficiency,compliance,recurrence rate and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,while the control group was 77.78%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment compliance of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly better than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.33%lower than that of the control group(16.67%),there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group(98.83±2.70)scores was higher than that of the control group(88.47±9.92)scores,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The medication supervision can improve the treatment effect of fungal otitis externa,reduce the recurrence rate,and increase the compliance and satisfaction of patients,which is worth being widespread.
