摘　　要：目的探究耳垂瘢痕疙瘩手术切除联合中西药物综合治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月本院收治的58例耳垂瘢痕疙瘩患者,根据治疗手段的不同分为手术组和综合组,每组29例。手术组给予手术切除治疗,综合组在手术组治疗方式的基础上,术后加用中西药物。观察比较两组患者临床指标变化情况。结果治疗后,综合组的瘢痕及VAS评分均低于手术组(P<0.05),综合组的面容改善、色泽、外形、自信心评分均高于手术组(P<0.05)。结论耳垂瘢痕疙瘩手术切除加中西药物可有效改善耳垂瘢痕疙瘩患者的瘢痕状态,减轻患者疼痛度,促进患者面容改善,提升疗效,可在临床应用中推广。Objective To explore the effect of earlobe keloids surgery combined with Chinese and Western Medicine muitimodal therapy for earlobe keloids.Methods 58 patients with earlobe keloids who admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into surgery group and comprehensive group according to the different treatment methods,with 29 cases in each group.The surgery group was given surgical resection,and the comprehensive group was treated with Chinese and western medicines after the operation based on the treatment of the surgery group.The changes of clinical indicators between the two groups were observed.Results The scar and VAS scores in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the surgery group after treatment(P<0.05),and the face improvement,color,appearance,and self-confidence scores in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion The muitimodal therapy of surgical resection combined with Chinese and western medicine for earlobe keloids can effectively improve the scar state,reduce the degree of pain,promote the improvement of face aesthetics,improve the curative effect.It can be promoted in clinical applications.
