摘　　要：目的:建立遂宁地区健康成人外周静脉血血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)的参考区间。方法:筛选遂宁地区20~79岁的体检健康成人,采用Sysmex XN-9000血液分析仪配套检测系统进行外周静脉血全血细胞计数,计算其PLR的水平,并以非参数法建立该地区健康成人外周静脉血PLR的参考区间。结果:共纳入4540例体检健康汉族成人为研究对象,各组参考人群外周静脉血PLR水平均呈偏态分布(P<0.05)。同年龄段男性和女性PLR水平的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);50~59岁、60~69岁、70~79岁3个年龄段同一性别间PLR水平差异无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。外周静脉血PLR的参考区间:男性20~29岁为49.08~168.55,30~49岁为43.46~173.55,50~79岁为40.81~172.22;女性20~39岁为48.33~188.73,40~49岁为50.88~189.57,50~79岁为45.86~186.25。结论:初步建立了遂宁地区健康成人外周静脉血PLR的参考区间,该参考区间可能受性别、年龄、地域环境等因素的影响,各实验室应根据其检测系统及所服务人群建立适宜的参考区间。Objective:To establish the reference range of platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in peripheral venous blood of healthy adults in Suining area.Methods:Healthy adults aged 20-79 years old in Suining area were selected.The whole blood cell count of peripheral venous blood was measured by Sysmex XN-9000 blood analyzer and the PLR level was calculated.The reference range of PLR in peripheral venous blood of healthy adults in Suining area was established by non parametric method.Results:A total of 4540 healthy Han adults were included in the study.The PLR levels in peripheral venous blood of each reference group showed a skewed distribution(P<0.05).The difference of PLR level between male and female in same age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in PLR level between the same gender in 50-59 years old,60-69 years old and 70-79 years old(all P>0.05).For male,the reference interval of PLR in peripheral venous blood was 49.08-168.55,43.46-173.55 in 30-49 years old,40.81-172.22 in 50-79 years old;for female,it was 48.33-188.73 in 20-39 years old,50.88-189.57 in 40-49 years old and 45.86-186.25 in 50-79 years old.Conclusion:The reference interval of PLR in peripheral venous blood of healthy adults in Suining area is preliminarily established,which may be affected by gender,age,geographical environment and other factors.Therefore,each clinical laboratory should establish an appropriate reference interval according to its detection system and the population it serves.
