摘　　要：PCB工厂数控钻孔加工环节对实施综合管理信息系统有着迫切需要,在现有信息系统的基础上搭建了数控钻孔综合管理信息系统。系统由FPDWMS、钻孔排单系统、ERP、MES等部分组成,实现钻针仓库的全流程数字化和追溯管理,具备钻孔排产和备料计划的功能,全面提升了数控钻孔加工环节的管理水平。该系统已开发完成并得到了成功应用。PCB factory CNC drilling processing segment has individualized demand for the implementation of integrated management information system.This paper built a CNC drilling integrated management information system on the basis of the existing information system.The system is composed of FPDWMS,drilling order system,ERP,MES and other parts which realized the whole process of digitalization of needle warehouse,and the traceability management,with drilling scheduling and material preparation planning functions,which comprehensively improved the management level of CNC drilling and machining processes.The system has been developed and successfully applied.
