摘　　要：十月革命后,列宁在领导苏俄社会主义建设的实践中,形成了内涵丰富的农村政治动员思想。他不仅高度重视农村政治动员对于苏俄政权巩固、经济发展、社会稳定所具有的战略意义,而且根据俄国农村的现实状况,规划设计了农村政治动员的工作路径,包括动员主体协同化、动员原则明晰化、动员载体多样化、动员方式灵活化、动员保障持续化等五大方面,从而领导构建了行之有效的农村政治动员实践工作体系。列宁农村政治动员思想对加强我国农村思想政治工作的现实启示在于:高度重视新时期农村意识形态建设,提高政治动员的自觉性;加强农村思想政治工作队伍建设,提升政治动员的感召力;创新农村政治动员的方式方法,增强政治动员的实效性。After the October Revolution,Lenin formed rich rural political mobilization thought in the practice of leading the socialist construction in Soviet Russia.He not only attached great importance to the strategic significance of rural political mobilization for the consolidation of the Soviet Union's political power,economic development and social stability,and planned and designed path of the political mobilization,according to the reality of the Russian countryside,including five aspects,namely,the coordination of the mobilization subject,the clarification of the mobilization principle,the diversification of the mobilization carrier,the flexibility of the mobilization method and the continuity of the mobilization guarantee,thus building the effective system of rural political mobilization work practice.The practical enlightenment of Lenin's thought of rural political mobilization on strengthening our rural ideological and political work lies in:attaching great importance to the construction of rural ideology in the new period and improving the consciousness of political mobilization;strengthening the construction of rural ideological and political work team and enhancing the appeal of political mobilization;innovating the ways and methods of political mobilization in rural areas and enhancing the effectiveness of political mobilization.
