摘 要:以2个粗肋草品种为材料,探究和比较不同切割方式及植物生长调节剂组合对其再生能力的影响。结果表明:不同切割方式对粗肋草不定芽的增殖存在显著影响,采用单芽切割方式进行增殖培养时,不定芽的增殖效果最好,此时粗肋草No.1的增殖系数为7.15,粗肋草No.9的增殖系数为5.18。采用单芽切割方式进行增殖,粗肋草No.1的最佳增殖培养基为MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L TDZ+1.0 mg/L 2-IP+1.0 mg/L KT,粗肋草No.9的最佳增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L TDZ+1.0 mg/L 2-IP+0 mg/L KT。在同一条件下,不同品种粗肋草的再生能力表现出明显差异,需要针对具体品种进行试验,筛选出其再生的最佳培养条件。We used two varieties of Aglaonema commutatum to figure out and compare the effects of various cutting methods and plant growth regulators on regeneration capacity.The results showed that:effects of different cutting methods on adventitious bud multiplication were significant.Single bud was the best cutting method for bud multiplication,the multiplication coefficients of A.commutatum No.1 and Aglaonema No.9 were 7.15 and 5.18,respectively.When single bud was used for multiplication,for Aglaonema No.1,the best multiplication medium was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L TDZ+1.0 mg/L 2-IP+1.0 mg/L KT,and for Aglaonema No.9 was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L TDZ+1.0 mg/L 2-IP+0 mg/L KT.In the respect of regeneration capacity,different varieties of A.commutatum performed differently even with the same cultivation condition.As a result,experiments for specific varieties to filter the best cultivation condition are necessary.
