摘　　要：介绍了60 kg/m钢轨9号单开道岔的平面线型、结构特点,以及主要零部件的加工工艺过程和质量控制措施等,通过采用60AT2尖轨、水平藏尖、尖轨加厚、施维格弹性夹式滑床板、护轨垫板以及楔形结构合金钢组合曲线辙叉等关键技术,实现了道岔直向通过速度从100 km/h提高到120 km/h,侧向通过速度从35 km/h提高到45 km/h,缩短了列车折返时间,满足了新型城市轨道交通的运行工况需求。This paper introduces the plane line shape and structural characteristics of No.9 single turnout of 60 kg/m rail,as well as the processing process and quality control measures of main parts.Through the use of 60AT2 switch rail,horizontal hidden point,switch rail thickening,schweiger elastic clip type sliding bed plate,guard rail pad and wedge-shaped alloy steel composite curve frog,the straight passing speed of turnout is increased from 100 km/h to 120 km/h,and the lateral passing speed is increased from 35 km/h to 45 km/h,which shortens the turn back time of the train and meets the operation requirements of new urban rail transit working condition requirements.
