IgG4相关性疾病累及肾脏一例报告

摘　　要：回顾我院1例患者资料,左侧腰部隐痛2个月余,CT检查示左肾病灶,考虑肾癌可能性大。行左肾穿刺活检病理考虑为IgG4相关性疾病,检测血IgG4升高,确诊为IgG4相关性疾病。激素治疗3个月后复查血清IgG4水平下降明显,复查超声示肿块缩小明显,随访14个月肿物无复发。Retrospective analysis of a case of IgG4 related disease involving the kidney in our hospital.A man came to our clinic with left back pain for two months.CT scan revealed a mass with focal enhanced located in left renal and adrenal which indicating renal cancer.We perform a preoperative biopsy which showed IgG4 related disease.Serum IgG4 level was elevated.IgG4 related disease was confirmed.After glucocorticoids therapy,the renal mass shrink and the serum IgG4 concentration were decreased.
