摘  要:针对某石化公司DN50-ANSI600偏心旋转阀在恶劣工况下的冲蚀问题,采用Fluent软件对其流开和流闭两类模型的流量特性以及实际工况流场特性进行了仿真分析,研究了介质流向对阀门冲蚀的影响。结果表明:两种流向的流量特性曲线趋势相同,但流闭更有利于流体流动;两种流向的有效流量调节开度均在0~70°;开度越小,流体流动越紊乱;流闭模型腔内旋涡远少于流开模型,流动稳定性更好,更有利于防止阀门的冲蚀破坏。在某些工况,若流开的阀门冲蚀、振动和噪声严重,可以考虑采用流闭流向。Aiming at the erosion problem of DN50-ANSI600 eccentric rotary valve for a petrochemical company under severe working conditions,Fluent is used to simulate the flow characteristics of its two types of flow open and flow closed models,as well as the flow field characteristics under actual working conditions.The influence of medium flow direction on the valve erosion is studied.The results show that the flow characteristic curves of the two flow directions have the same trend,but the flow closed model is more conducive to fluid flow;the effective flow adjustment opening of the two flow directions all is between 0~70°;the smaller the opening,the more turbulent the fluid flow;the vortex in the closed model cavity is far less than that in the open model,and the flow stability is better,which is more conducive to preventing the erosion of the valve.In some working conditions,if the erosion,vibration and noise for the valve of open flow direction are severe,the valve of closed flow direction can be considered.
